SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Domestic Orders

Our shipping department is able to ship to street addresses and PO Boxes within the United States. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct before finalizing your order (we can't read minds [yet]). We cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. Transit time can take between 1-5 business days from the time the order leaves our warehouse.

Order Processing Times

We know how important it is to get your order quickly.  We process orders within 1-2 business days, Monday-Friday (except holidays and weekends) so we can ship your order as quickly as possible. On a rare occasion, order processing can take longer. All packages, unless otherwise stipulated, are shipped via United States Postal Service.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Your local postal driver, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door.  Overpowered Labs LLC cannot take responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after it has a confirmed delivery scan. We strongly recommend that the customer track the package frequently and that there be someone to receive the package when it arrives. You can track your package on USPS.com. You will receive a tracking number and links for tracking your package once your package is shipped from our warehouse.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to Overpowered Labs LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the package is marked "unclaimed" or “return to sender”, we will notify you by email.  We will then issue a refund (less shipping & handling) for the returned product. This refund will be given back with the same form of payment used to place the order.   Overpowered Labs is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. 

 

RETURNS

Refund and Money Back Guarantee

Overpowered Labs LLC is proud to offer high quality products and great customer service.  We understand returning or exchanging products to a company can be a pain so we try to make the process as clear and easy as possible.  We are more than happy to work with you to resolve your issues.

In order to be eligible for a refund, the return package must be postmarked on or before the 30th day following the date of the receipt. The return must include the unopened/unused product (ex: tubs unopened, shaker cups unused, apparel unworn), all original packaging, and the invoice which was included in the original shipment.  The product must have been purchased directly from Overpowered Labs LLC.  The refund will then be issued (less shipping and handling).  Overpowered Labs reserves the right to deny a return/exchange at any time.

We recommend using UPS or insured mail for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items that are not received at our warehouse. If we receive your return after the thirty (30) day period or in violation of the requirements herein, then we will not return your money and will be unable to return unused product to you.

Damaged or defective products may be returned directly to us within thirty (30) days from the invoice date. At our discretion, you may receive a credit or replacement product. Any item that appears to be purchased from an unauthorized seller will not be accepted.  You must return the defective product within the specified period of time, along with all original packaging, invoice, and a note containing your name, address and reason for return to:
